• Creative Program Leadership:
  Design and implement group and one-on-one programs—from art therapy and live music sessions to cognitive games—that foster social interaction and joy.

• A Creative Soul:
  An artistic background or experience in music, art, or therapeutic recreation is highly valued.
• Energy & Leadership: A proven ability to lead groups with enthusiasm and work effectively both independently and as a team.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
• Compassionate Communication:
  Strong verbal and written skills with a heart for the elderly.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to maintain a high-energy pace and lift up to 50 lbs to assist with event setups.
