Accountant - Senior

Join our team as a Senior Accountant and take ownership of full-cycle accounting in a fast-paced, multi-state manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations, leveraging our manufacturing management system to support accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, accountability, and collaboration.

• Job costing and forecasting
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Payroll (PR) and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and file multi-state sales tax reports
• Support L&I reporting and prevailing wage compliance
• Review contracts for financial accuracy and risk
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve cost visibility and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with KIMCO or similar manufacturing /ERP systems preferred
• Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations, labor compliance, and contract review
