Kocourek Byrider in Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Collections Associate to support our CNAC financing program. You will contact customers with past-due accounts, reconcile balances, and prepare notices while upholding accuracy and confidentiality.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required.
