Location: Town of Wausau
Aqua Finance is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage department mail, review check payments, and ensure accurate records in a fully on-site role at our Wausau, WI office. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., with duties including payment categorization, secure handling of financial documents, and data integrity across systems. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of data entry experience, and strong Excel skills.
