• Full-time, stable employment

• Monday-Friday schedule (rotating Saturdays)

As a Detail Technician, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle looks its absolute best.

Responsibilities include:

• Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors

• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, upholstery, carpets, windows, and trim

• Restore interior vinyl, leather, and fabric surfaces

• Shampoo carpets and remove stains

• Clean engines and engine compartments

• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic concerns and report damage

• Apply tire dressing and perform final detailing touches

• Fuel vehicles and prepare them for delivery

• Remove and install vehicle stickers as needed

• Maintain showroom and inventory vehicles in presentation-ready condition

• Keep the detail shop clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use detailing products and equipment

• Automotive detailing experience preferred, not required

• Basic automotive knowledge

• Experience using buffers, carpet extractors, and detailing equipment is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Complete pre-employment drug screen

This position is active and hands-on. You'll regularly:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the day

• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Be comfortable around cleaning chemicals, dust, and automotive shop environments
