This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role located in Medford. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, utilizing accounting software, and assisting with financial tasks. The position also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting the financial operations of the organization.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping processes, including maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts
• Experience with financial statements, such as generating and analyzing profit and loss statements
• Skilled in using accounting software and tools
• Knowledge of finance and the preparation of journal entries
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team
• Familiarity with retail, construction, or equipment rental industries is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
