Rocket-Industrial,-Inc is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the parts division of the Service Department. You will provide fast & friendly support to customers, troubleshoot over the phone and via email, and promote and process orders for replacement parts.
Additionally, you will assist with technicians’ workflow, maintain ERP inventory and pricing, handle invoicing and payments, and coordinate urgent parts orders.
