Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle daily paperwork that needs to be provided to corporate office staff.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness standards.
- Handle correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
Role requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on team collaboration
