• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Create a great first impression for every customer
• Support technicians in the field with scheduling and communication
• Learn how to manage daily routes and job flow

Pay & Growth

• $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses available
• Promotion to Dispatcher within 6–12 months for top performers
