This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
We are looking to hire multiple full-time Package Investigations Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for servicing internal and external customers through various communication channels.
Schedule:- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

Monday, October 26
You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

- Resolve lost package claims by servicing customers accordingly
- Reply to customer investigation emails
- Provide support to other departments and assist with contact center phone call volume as needed
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Sound reasoning and judgment with the ability to resolve routine package investigation issues involving multiple factors within established procedures
Pay rate: $16.50 / hr
