Position: Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon with Ownership Potential
Location: Town of Wausau

An established, physician-led orthopaedic private practice in Central Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon with interest and experience in shoulder surgery to join our growing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build a high-volume, upper extremity-focused practice with strong referral relationships, excellent ancillary support, and partnership potential.

Position Highlights
  • Focus on hand and upper extremity surgery with the ability to incorporate shoulder procedures
  • Established referral base from primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and regional providers
  • Dedicated clinic space, procedure rooms, and block OR time
  • Experienced PA/NP support and skilled clinical staff
  • On-site imaging and therapy collaboration
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center Co-located

Qualifications
  • MD/DO from an accredited program
  • Fellowship training in Hand Surgery
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Ability and interest in performing shoulder surgery
  • Wisconsin licensure (or ability to obtain)
