About the Position
Urology Physician (Locum Tenens) – Be a Vital Part of a Leading Tertiary Hospital’s Urology Team

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Urology Physician and make a meaningful difference in patient care at a top-tier facility. This position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment where your expertise is essential in managing a wide range of urological conditions. Required Skills:

MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Urology

Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure

Proven proficiency in urological procedures, including management of kidney stones and stent placements

Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

Ability to work independently during assigned weeks and handle high patient volumes

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience working in a hospitalist setting

Prior involvement in emergency or tertiary hospital environments

Familiarity with non-robotic urological procedures

Basic knowledge of hospital systems and protocols

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 2 years of post-residency urology practice preferred

Prior locum or temporary healthcare experience advantageous

Other Requirements:

Ability to work one week at a time, Friday 4PM to Friday 7AM

Willingness to participate in system call responsibilities

Must be comfortable managing hospital and emergency department cases

Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred

Availability to travel to the facility as required; all travel and licensure reimbursements provided
