Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Counselor for a full-time opportunity during the  school year. This role provides the opportunity to support students across K12 grade levels by addressing academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs in a collaborative school environment.

The School Counselor will provide counseling services and student support while working closely with educators, families, and school teams. The ideal candidate will have experience providing school-based counseling services and helping students develop skills that support academic and personal success.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Support students social-emotional development and overall well-being
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
• Participate in student support meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Develop and implement counseling interventions and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records

• Valid School Counselor license/credential required
• Previous school-based counseling experience preferred
• Experience supporting students across K12 grade levels
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and student support strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
