+ Implement and improve process engineering strategies.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

+ Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.

+ Contribute to the industrial engineering efforts to ensure high-quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

+ Strong expertise in process engineering and process improvement.

+ Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Background in industrial engineering.

+ Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Work under the direction of the Engineering Manager as part of a team of three other professionals. The company offers a collaborative atmosphere and values innovation and teamwork. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wausau, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
