• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a registered professional engineer
• Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks related to water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for data analysis, report writing, and presentation purposes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Capability to guide and train team members
• Familiarity with DNR design standards
• Work effectively with all levels of the design team and take direction from multiple stakeholders
