We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee large projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage large projects from inception to completion.

* Coordinate with engineering, sales, and estimating teams to ensure project alignment.

* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

* Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.

* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Essential Skills

* Proven experience as a Project Manager.

* Strong project management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and sales teams.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in estimating is a plus.

Work Environment

You will be working within a dynamic team of 3 Project Managers. The role requires effective collaboration and communication within the team to achieve project goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wausau, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
