Customer Service Rep
Description
Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining product knowledge, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment and supplies, intercepting consumers and demonstrating products in a professional manner, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company reserves discretion to change the role based on business or client needs.
Job functions may be expanded as directed by management.

Responsibilities- Acquire and maintain adequate knowledge of products represented.
- Proactively intercept, engage, interact and sell product to consumers positively.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Set up and prepare event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports per company policy.
- Prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
- Access the internet, navigate the company’s electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents including Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF forms.
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months relevant experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with personal computer or mobile device, using applications and internal systems.
- Local food handler permit may be required.
- Languages:
English primary; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
Stand and walk during shift; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms up to 65 inches; talk and hear; read instructions and perform events; stoop, kneel, squat; climb or step up ladder; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull wheeled demonstration cart fully laden; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances;
contact with cleaning supplies.
Retail store environment with limited travel.
AppearanceProfessional appearance and proper grooming required. Retailer dress code applies.
