Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and oversee the Bank’s commercial, consumer, and small‑business loan servicing and portfolio activities, ensuring efficient operations, collaboration, regulatory compliance, and proper handling of loan transactions.
- Lead and develop the team responsible for processing and documenting compliant Small Business Center and Consumer Lending loans and renewals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to strengthen credit quality and reduce operational risk.
- Oversee all loan‑servicing functions and data‑integrity responsibilities within the bank’s core operating systems (loan booking & editing, rate changes, payment processing, loan advances, floor‑plan oversight, collateral & insurance management, UCC continuations, payoffs, file maintenance, statements & billing notices, reconciliations, and tax reporting).
- Ensure accurate and timely daily and monthly balancing of accounts and reports to maintain data integrity, reduce financial risk, and support reliable decision‑making.
- Serve as the primary resource for internal and external audits and examinations, responding to audit findings and implementing necessary procedural changes to strengthen controls and maintain full compliance.
- Monitor department workload, productivity, and turnaround times to meet service‑level expectations and deliver timely, accurate results.
- Work full‑time, 40 hours per week with a schedule that may vary between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a relevant field.
- 5‑7 years of loan servicing experience, including business loan and legal documentation.
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, demonstrating effective leadership and team development.
- Core banking/processing system expertise preferred (Jack Henry, Encompass, Info‑Access, Xperience, Synapsys).
- Strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidence and integrity.
- Over 30 days off per calendar year, including 18 days of PTO to begin, an Anniversary Holiday, a Birthday Holiday, a Wellness Holiday, and 12 observed Bank Holidays.
