Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch efficiently and maximizing growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, offering product guidance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications, prepare loan documents, and execute loan closings.
- Take and process payments, balance the cash drawer daily, and complete daily branch bank deposits.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily and send accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Support community initiatives such as building tax clientele and providing tax services.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use branch software and electronic banking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposits.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self‑confident, compassionate, and team‑orientated with a willingness to embrace new ideas.
- Hourly pay range: $15 - $19.

- Opportunities for internal growth – 80% of Financial Services Reps are promoted to management annually.
- Frequently stationary with occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 5 lbs.

- Fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- May require occasional local travel and extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
