Our caseload is growing and we are seeking a full time PT to join our in-house therapy team at Wood Aven Health & Rehabilitation in Wausau. Help us expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to meet the needs of our patients in this facility.

• Lead and participate in therapy programming expansion (Abilities Care, ACP, Big and Loud, wound care) and develop additional programs as needed to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Engage in clinical leadership opportunities in therapy management, culture, administration, and advanced clinical skill development.
• Support and contribute to a positive department culture and organizational values.
