Infor XA ERP Specialist – Onsite
Our client is a well-established manufacturer looking for an experienced ERP professional to take ownership of their Infor XA environment and lead reporting and analytics efforts across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of ERP administration and business intelligence — you'll be the internal expert partners across operations, production, purchasing, finance, and leadership rely on to keep systems running, improve processes, and turn data into decisions.
What You'll DoERP Ownership & Administration- Serve as the primary system owner for Infor XA, including configuration, maintenance, security, and performance
- Partner with operations, production, purchasing, project management, and finance to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and testing efforts
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or consultants as needed
- Maintain system documentation, controls, and best practices
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decision-making
- Develop ERP queries and reporting outputs tied to defined KPIs
- Ensure data integrity and consistency between ERP and reporting environments
- Improve data accessibility and visualization across the organization
- Train end users on ERP functionality and standard processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals
- Provide day-to-day oversight of IT systems, integrations, and data flows
- Collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, roadmap planning, and technology investments
- Act as the internal SME for ERP and business intelligence systems
- 3–5 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- Infor XA / XA10 experience preferred but open to other ERP backgrounds
- Strong Power BI skills — building and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, finance, or operations processes
- SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation or major upgrade
- Familiarity with shop floor operations
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
