Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN SOURCING COORDINATOR to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team.
The Sourcing Coordinator provides critical operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Aspirus Strategic Sourcing team. This role ensures smooth execution of sourcing activities by coordinating product conversions, managing product discontinuations, facilitating price change workflows, and routing contract documents for signature and execution.
The Sourcing Coordinator works closely with Strategic Sourcing Specialists, Data Analytics, P2P, Value Analysis, and Supply Chain Operations to maintain data accuracy, ensure timely communication, and support decision‑making across the enterprise.
The role assists with supplier communication, monitors incoming updates (pricing, contracting, product lifecycle), supports system data updates, and helps maintain supply continuity. The Sourcing Coordinator enables sourcing initiatives by preparing documentation, organizing information, assisting with basic analysis, and ensuring operational follow‑through on sourcing decisions.
HOURS:
Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, Day only
- Associate's degree in business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience in purchasing, supply chain operations, finance, or administrative roles considered.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CMRP, Lean/Six Sigma) optional, not required.
- 1-3 years in supply chain, purchasing, contracting, administrative coordination, or related experience. Or experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with purchasing systems, contract workflows, or item master updates.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or departments.
- Ability to manage details, track tasks, and follow structured workflows.
- Experience with supplier communication or customer‑facing coordination roles.
- Exposure to healthcare supply chain preferred but not required.
