Maintenance Manager - Part-time
Wellington Place at Rib Mountain is currently seeking a person to fill a part‑time (24 hours per week) maintenance position. This individual will work under the Facility Administrator to ensure the facility’s building and grounds are properly maintained, that equipment and supplies are cared for, and workplace safety is continuously improved.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things in tip‑top shape, is detailed and organized, and enjoys staying busy.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.00 per hour

Qualifications Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High‑school education or equivalent
- Must be physically able to waist‑lift, push and/or pull a maximum of 80 pounds
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat or climb during a daily 8‑hour shift
- Must be able to complete minor building repairs and use appropriate tools
- Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents and fellow employees
- Must be English literate
Working Conditions
- May be exposed to chemicals
- May be subject to differing temperatures
- May be involved unexpectedly, or on short notice, in tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or mucous membranes
- May be subject to varying hours, including early mornings, early evenings, and some weekends
Essential Functions
- Maintain the facility building and grounds in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with snow removal in the winter and maintain all walkways and entrances at all times
- Take care of tools and equipment belonging to the facility
- Move residents’ furniture, clothing, etc., to assigned rooms
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility Administrator to maintain a quality environment
