Stick Pack Lead Operator - 1st Shift

• Perform all job requirements in a safe manner using the required PPE and being a safety role model to co-workers.
• Report and address unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Take responsibility for cleanliness and housekeeping of work area.
• Demonstrate Lock-Out/Tag-Out compliance.
• Take responsibility for the team’s GMP and Food Safety compliance.
• Proactively lead the team to eliminate unnecessary downtime.
• Provide daily working guidance and direction to the assigned team to ensure that manufacturing of items is carried out efficiently and with strict adherence to quality standards.
• Work with Production Supervisor for team member development, feedback, and reviews.
• Operate equipment within the assigned area when needed.
• Assure the team is following SOPs and SWs.
• Maintain 5S.
• Assure team accurately prints and completes production records.
• Ensure training is being completed by the team on time.
• Attend daily meeting and share items from the meeting to your team.
• Support continuous improvement processes within their team.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
• A positive pro-company can-do attitude.
• Basic understanding of Dietary Supplement Regulations.
• Ability to work within established routines, methods, and procedures under very strict management parameters.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
