** MACHINIST
* *** We are looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team at the Wausau, WI location. Machinists work in a team environment with Safety and Quality as top priorities. Join our growing team and become part of a great place to work!

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Identify the number of holes machined on items according to the part drawing
* Interpret the routing and machine each part according to the part drawing
* Identify the gauging inspection needed for each feature that is machined
* Call up proper program for each part on CNC controller
** REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:
*** Prior CNC machining experience
* Understand machining practices and the proper use of measuring devices including tooling and fixturing, machine set-up knowledge, and ability to use gages to check work
* Must be competent in use of small hand tools and standard measuring instruments including by not limited to micrometers, dial indicators, pin/plug gauges, etc.
* Required to learn and use computer-based Quality Control and production systems
* Must be able to read and understand process related documentation.
* Work in a safe manner observing safety practices
* Must be team oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

** Requires continuous walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting/carrying of up to 35 lbs. based on project need.
