General Assembly Technician

We are looking for skilled Assemblers to join our team at the Wausau location.

• Insert, connect, test, coil wind, and insulation cut.
• Perform sometimes complex assembly processes, often using various hand and small power tools.
• Review work instructions, basic prints and set up instructions for work processes.
• Verify part numbers on parts and materials to be used in the assembly process.
• May require work station set up for staging material kits, basic machine settings and other requirements.
• Often require checking work for defects, including visual inspection and use of various measuring equipment.
• Notify the team lead of any deviations in product quality from prior operations or current assembly to ensure defects are recognized and properly corrected before moving on to the next assembly process.
• Accurately and fully complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for parts/processes completed.

• Ability to read and comprehend established procedures for safety, quality and general assembly.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical condition.
• Proven experience as an assembler in a general manufacturing setting desired.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

10‑hour shift (Mon‑Thurs). Overtime available. Day shift.
