Assembly- 2nd shift

General Assembly Technician

• Insert, connect, test, coil wind, and perform insulation cut.
• Carry out complex assembly processes using various hand and small power tools.
• Review work instructions, basic prints, and setup instructions for work processes.
• Verify part numbers on parts and materials used in the assembly process.
• Set up workstations to stage material kits, basic machine settings, and other requirements.
• Inspect work for defects, including visual inspection and use of measuring equipment.
• Notify the team lead of any deviations in product quality from prior operations or current assembly to ensure defects are recognized and corrected before moving on to the next process.
• Accurately and fully complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for parts/processes completed.

• Ability to read and comprehend established procedures for safety, quality, and general assembly.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical condition.
• Proven experience as an assembler in a general manufacturing setting (desired).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
