Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for manufacturing process and equipment.
- Generate drawings for production jigs and fixtures.
- Participate in product engineering for manufacturability.
- Provide necessary support to the production floor on a day-to-day basis as products are being built.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, engage outside equipment vendors and solicit operators input to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze production downtime or bottlenecks, establish trends, determine root cause of failure and corrective action.
- Work with teams to develop, procure, and implement assembly processes for new and existing product lines.
- Troubleshoot, improve, and help maintain plant tooling, fixtures, equipment and processes.
- Lead projects with focus on implementing improvements to equipment and processes as they relate to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs.
- Bachelors in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering related field
- 3D software experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrates expertise in manufacturing process support, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient in 3D software and capable of leading projects focused on enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs.
