CWI Welding Inspector Supervisor

JARP Industries Inc. is seeking a CWI Welding Inspector Supervisor to lead Inspection, Certification & Quality Control for custom welded hydraulic cylinders. This role oversees welding inspectors, plans and conducts code-compliant weld inspections, interprets drawings and WPSs, and ensures adherence to AWS/ASME standards. The supervisor drives root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while coaching a safety-first team culture. Collaborating with Engineering and Production, you'll maintain documentation, support customer and third party audits, and champion quality, compliance, and innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
