JARP Industries Inc, a family-founded manufacturer in Onalaska, WI, seeks a CWI Welding Inspector to ensure weld quality on custom hydraulic cylinders for heavy equipment and industrial OEMs. In this on-site role, you will inspect welds to AWS and customer specifications, interpret drawings and weld symbols, and document results within our quality systems. You'll partner closely with welding, machining, and engineering teams to resolve issues, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

This position offers hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing, testing, and engineered hydraulic solutions with strong growth potential.
