Schedule:
Monday through Friday 2PM to 12AM
- Supervise and motivate production staff to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Mentor team members, provide feedback, and support ongoing training and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure all documentation, logs, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and production systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Skills:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Background in packaging or production environments.
- Certification in safety or related areas (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate Degree or higher in a related field is a plus. - Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or production is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site for the assigned shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Must be adaptable to flexible schedules and overtime when needed.
