** What You'll Do
** As a
** Machine Operator I**, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality architectural products by safely operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to develop new skills and grow your manufacturing career.

* Hours:

** Days 6a - 6p 2-2-3 Schedule Nights 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule ($2.00 Shift Premium)
** Pay**: $19.50 / Hr.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
* Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
* Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
* Use measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy
* Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
* Identify and report equipment or quality issues
* Follow all safety procedures and support production goals
* Cross-train in multiple work areas and equipment##
** What We're Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
* Ability to accurately read a tape measure
* Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and levels
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic##
