JARP Industries Inc is seeking a Production Welder to join our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will set up and perform MIG welding to fabricate custom hydraulic cylinder components and assemblies to blueprint specifications. Responsibilities include reading prints and weld symbols, fitting and tacking parts, completing quality welds, and performing basic measurements and inspections. You'll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment that values continuous improvement, innovation, and craftsmanship while meeting production and quality targets.
