Location: Town of Wausau
Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to own an assembly line in Ripon, WI. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements on the production floor, collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement Lean solutions.
You will lead continuous improvement via capability studies, time studies, and Kaizen events, ensuring processes are faster, safer, and more efficient in a fast-paced environment.
