As a Youth Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of the youth we serve. You’ll work directly with children and teens, fostering a safe, fun, and engaging environment that promotes learning, personal growth, and positive relationships. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections and enjoys creating impactful experiences for young people.

In this role, you’ll:

• Plan, lead, and supervise engaging activities that align with our mission to inspire and empower youth.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with club members to encourage their growth and development.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Serve as a role model, demonstrating respect, responsibility, and leadership.
• Collaborate with other team members to create and implement innovative programs.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with youth in a professional or volunteer setting.
• Is passionate about youth development and making a positive impact.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with kids, teens, and colleagues.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
