• Weekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  2 years in OB with L&D experience.

• Required Skillset:
  Labor and Delivery competence.
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 11 bed L&D / 8 Bed Post Partum, 1350 deliveries annually.
• Average Daily Census:
  Highly variable. Average monthly delivery rate is 112/month.
• Scrub colors: any color.
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours; travelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. Call back pay applies if called back in.
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
• During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
