Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2556.00

RN - CVICU

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, primarily critical care and acute care cluster
• Weekend requirements: every 2-3 weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Holiday requirements: every other holiday
• On-call permitted but not required with 1-hour response time if accepted
• Required certifications:
  Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years experience with cardiac experience required
• Must have skills with Swan-Ganz catheters, IABP's, and post‑op heart patients
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Work in 12-bed CICU with 2:1 patient ratio for CRRT and 1:1 for Impella patients
• Care for post‑op hearts, AMI, cardiogenic shock, and induced hypothermia patients
• Perform frequent cardioversions and assist with line placements and discontinuation
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be able to work independently and manage tasks in a timely manner
