• 12‑hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Every 2–3 weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)
• Every other holiday
• Call optional (1‑hour response time if taking call)

• 12‑bed Cardiac ICU (CICU)
• Patient Ratios:
• 2:1 (CRRT)
• 1:1 (Impella)
• Patient Population:
  Post‑op hearts, AMI, cardiogenic shock, induced hypotheria
• Frequent cardioversions & line placements

• WI RN License
• BLS & ACLS (CCRN preferred)
• 2+ years cardiac ICU experience
• Must have Swans, IABP & post‑op heart experience
• EPIC preferred
• Radius Rule:
  Must live outside 50 miles

• Float to inpatient units as needed (critical care/acute cluster)
• 36 hours low census unbillable (can be placed on call; callback pay if called in)
• Scrubs:
  Any color
• Orientation week hours not guaranteed
