Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3408.00

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 48 hours per week, overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• Patient ratio typically 1:4 on a 44-bed intermediate cardiac stepdown unit
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover
• Care for post-operative CABG/valve, thoracotomy, vascular, arrhythmia, CHF patients
• Handle post‑procedure cardiac catheterization, pacemaker, defibrillator, and ablation patients
• Treat acute chest pain/MI and medical/surgical overflow patients including detox, DKA, COPD exacerbation
• Must have 1 year strong cardiac experience and 2 years IMC/PCU/telemetry experience
• Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro drips required
• At least one travel assignment must be completed
• 1 year recent EPIC charting experience required
• Must be able to pass EKG test within first week of hire
• Required certifications:
  Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of facility
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
