Opportunity:

RN - Postpartum

Job Details:

• 12-hour day/night variable shifts

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation required

• 13-week contract length

• No float requirements

• Can be placed on call for low census with 2-hour minimum callback pay

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility

• Required certifications: BLS, Advanced NRP, Wisconsin RN license (AHA or ARC certifications required)

• Minimum 2 years postpartum experience required

• Must be Labor and Delivery competent

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree required

• Any color scrubs permitted

• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy

• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week

Facility:

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive maternity services department featuring an 11-bed Labor & Delivery unit and an 8-bed Postpartum unit. The facility handles approximately 1,350 deliveries annually with an average monthly delivery rate of 112 births. The maternity department maintains variable census levels and provides full-spectrum maternal and newborn care services with modern equipment and protocols to ensure quality patient outcomes.
