- Provide nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients in a post‑acute care setting.
- Administer and document treatments using Epic EMR.
- Support team on 12‑hour day or night shifts as required.
- Active Wisconsin or compact RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- BLS certification required.
- BSN not required.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance beginning day one.
