Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Oncology Care Team
Location:
Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Wausau, WI
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the Registered Nurse with the delivery of quality care to patients of all ages in their homes as outlined on the individual patient’s plan of care.
SchedulePart‑time or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period. Varied hours, every other weekend/holiday.
Qualifications- Knowledge of patient care standards and practices and the ability to communicate clinical information to patients, representatives, caregivers, and agency staff – normally acquired through completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. High school diploma and continued education beneficial.
- Previous work experience in an acute care setting or nursing home beneficial.
- State Nurse Aide Certification required and currently in good standing.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
