Join a specialized surgical team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital for a 13-week travel anesthesia assistant contract. You’ll work in an environment featuring 21 operating rooms across various specialties, including general surgery, GYN, urology, plastics, ENT, and GI. Your role involves circulating and scrubbing in the OR, with experience in DaVinci robotic procedures and Trauma Level II cases required. Expect a steady caseload of around 45 cases daily, with opportunities to assist in downtime tasks when the schedule permits.

The shift consists of 8-hour variable days, with a mix of start times from early morning to early afternoon. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities, including night calls and weekend call, with response times within 30 minutes.
