Position: Scrub Tech OR
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2000

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity:

Scrub Tech - OR

Job Details:

• Variable day shifts on General Team

• 40 guaranteed hours per week

• 6-week contract length

• May be required to float to additional facility locations as needed

• On-call requirements include 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekends during the contract period with a 30-minute response time to be ready and in the OR

• Weekend shifts for call only with holiday rotation

• Must have own vehicle as on-call responsibilities require reliable transportation

• Set up operative suites for patients and verify all supplies are available through case carts

• Scrub surgical cases across a variety of specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day

• Work in a 21 OR facility averaging 40-60 cases per day

• Required skills include General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and strong GI experience

• Da Vinci Robotics experience required

• Trauma Level 2 experience required

• 4+ years of experience required

• Prior travel experience required

• Scrubbing required

• Must be willing to complete downtime tasks and assist with training new hires

• Associate Degree or Certificate required

• Required certifications: BLS and CST license (NBSTSA or NCCT accepted; AHA or ARC certifications required)

• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the primary facility location

• Scrub colors: any color

This facility is a large-volume hospital operating 21 operating rooms and covering all surgical specialties, averaging 40-60 cases per day. The organization supports a wide range of surgical procedures including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI, and is equipped with advanced robotic surgical technology. As a Trauma Level 2 facility, it maintains high standards of surgical care and values adaptable, hardworking professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
