Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)tojoinourteaminaskillednursingandlong-termcarefacility.
TheCNAplaysakeyroleinsupportingresidentswithdailylivingneeds,promotingdignityandcomfort,andensuringhigh-qualitycareinasafeandsupportiveenvironment.
- Provide hands-onassistancewith
activitiesofdailyliving(ADLs)including bathing,grooming,dressing,toileting,andeating. - Assistresidentswithmobility,transfers,ambulation,andtheuseofassistivedevicesfollowingpropersafetytechniques.
- Supportresidentswithcomfortmeasures,personal hygiene,andoverallwell-being.
- Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentationinaccordancewithfacilitypoliciesandregulatoryrequirements.
- Assistnursesandtherapistsduringtreatmentsandtherapysessionsasneeded.
- Promoteaclean,safe,andhomelikeenvironment;followinfectioncontrolandsafetyprotocolsatalltimes.
- Build positive,respectfulrelationshipswithresidents,families,andinterdisciplinaryteammembers.
- Activelyparticipateinresidentcareplansandcarryoutassignedtasksprofessionallyandconsistently.
- Listedingoodstandingonthe
Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry (ifWIposition). - Abilitytolift,move,andsupportresidentssafely.
