Wood Aven Health and Rehabilitation is looking for passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Wausau, Wisconsin. Location: 1821 N. 4th Ave, Wausau, WI 54401
Schedule: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (8‑hour rotations)
Salary: $41.00–$43.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Evaluate long‑term care and rehabilitation residents.
- Apply necessary treatments to meet resident needs.
- Observe residents and document care accurately.
- Provide patient‑centered care with respect, regardless of resident cooperation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitized environment.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Strong emergency care skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain regular attendance.
- BS or other diploma from a nursing program preferred (new graduates welcome).
