Registered Nurse (RN)

Wood Aven Health and Rehabilitation is looking for passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Wausau, Wisconsin. Location: 1821 N. 4th Ave, Wausau, WI 54401

Schedule: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (8‑hour rotations)

Salary: $41.00–$43.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Evaluate long‑term care and rehabilitation residents.
• Apply necessary treatments to meet resident needs.
• Observe residents and document care accurately.
• Provide patient‑centered care with respect, regardless of resident cooperation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitized environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Strong emergency care skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain regular attendance.
• BS or other diploma from a nursing program preferred (new graduates welcome).
