$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

RN - OR

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour variable day shifts with mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Primary placement on the General OR Team
• Float requirements to additional facilities as needed
• 6-8 nights of weeknight on-call and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
• 30-minute response time required for on-call - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours
• Weekend rotation for call only with holiday rotation
• Must have own vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Experience in a larger facility with comparable ORs of 20 required
• Circulating required; scrub preferred
• Da Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Work in a 21-OR facility handling 40-60 cases per day with an average of 45
• Specialties include General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and WI RN License
• Associate Degree or Certificate required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be flexible, hardworking, resilient, and able to manage change well
• Scrub colors: any color

This hospital is a large, comprehensive medical facility featuring 21 operating rooms and supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI. The facility operates at a high volume, averaging 45 surgical cases per day, and maintains a Trauma Level II designation. The organization is part of a larger health system with multiple affiliate locations throughout the region.
