Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2720

Contract Completion Bonus: $500

• 13‑week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8‑hour variable shifts (0700‑1530, 0900‑1730, 1100‑1930)
• On‑call requirements: 6‑8 nights of weeknight call and 1‑2 weekends during the contract
• 30‑minute response time to be in the OR within 30 minutes of being called
• Call‑back minimum of 2 hours
• Weekend calls only with holiday rotation
• May float to additional facilities as needed
• 21 ORs covering all specialties with 40‑60 cases per day, averaging 45 cases
• Required skills:
  
  circulating (required) and scrubbing (preferred) across General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI
• Da Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment in a comparable facility with 20+ ORs
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and Wisconsin RN License
• Associate Degree or Certificate required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have personal vehicle – cannot rely on rideshare services due to on‑call responsibilities
• Scrub colors: any color
• Must be a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic, willingness to complete downtime tasks, strong resilience, and ability to manage change
• Must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of the facility

This full‑service hospital offers a comprehensive surgical program with 21 operating rooms covering all specialties and an average of 45 cases per day. The organization maintains a high‑volume environment with advanced robotic surgical capabilities and a Trauma Level II designation.
