• Degree from an accredited nursing program

• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Med-Surg Nurses (RN) provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and for patients receiving pharmaceutical treatment. They must manage a broad range of medical conditions.

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Document medication and treatment administration accurately to ensure continuity of care.
