PCU Nurse

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity cardiac and post-surgical patients in a state-of-the-art unit.
• Develop advanced clinical skills with exposure to ICU-level procedures such as drips, chest tubes, and central lines.
• Collaborate within a high-trust, interdisciplinary team relying on your clinical judgment.
• Contribute to strategic growth by mentoring and aspiring to leadership roles.
• Adapt to a modern, newly expanded cardiac tower designed for efficiency and patient safety.

• Hold an active RN license (WI or compact eligibility).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (training provided if needed).
• Experience in critical or high-acuity care is valued, whether experienced RN or new graduate with a passion for critical care.
• Drive patient-centered safety and thrive in high-pressure environments.
